If you are good at negotiation, you probably can get it for $125 and ultimately $100 NTD. Don't forget, if they are willing to sell it to you, they have already made some profit out of you. Otherwise, they won't let you take it and walk away.

~ JavierAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4833453887917150664.post-45837424895125678392011-01-09T21:43:06.048+08:002011-01-09T21:43:06.048+08:00@Javier: Oh yeah, I know I definitely overpaid. But later, had I just waited till past 10pm, all the suitcase venders would have come out with the super cheap $150 NT belts that come with nice useless wood cases.B Huanghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14989827575216901883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4833453887917150664.post-26869022791673756712011-01-09T19:26:27.610+08:002011-01-09T19:26:27.610+08:00NO NO NO, Brian.

In SF or LA Chinatown, I can perhaps get a belt for roughly $7 or 8.

Since you are in Taiwan, the price is supposed to be even a little cheaper than Chinatown in US. I think the reasonable price should be $150 NTD or less, which is $5 usd.

Just practice more and you will become a better negotiator.

Warm Regards from Javier~~Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4833453887917150664.post-40169834477655493932010-08-17T22:54:32.571+08:002010-08-17T22:54:32.571+08:00Because it was given to me and there isnt a place ...Because it was given to me and there isnt a place around PoPo's place (that I found) that serves it.B Huanghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14989827575216901883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4833453887917150664.post-77335427662411227852010-08-17T02:12:20.113+08:002010-08-17T02:12:20.113+08:00Not bad for instant noodles, but why would you mak...Not bad for instant noodles, but why would you make it at home without oysters when you can get the real deal?!?!
